Welcome to Fodeto's Cancellation Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation Guidelines

1. Before Order Confirmation

  • You can cancel your order without any charges if the restaurant hasn't confirmed it yet
  • The entire amount will be refunded to your original payment method

2. After Restaurant Confirmation

  • Once the restaurant confirms your order, a partial cancellation fee may apply
  • The cancellation fee depends on the order preparation status
  • If food preparation has begun, you may be charged up to 50% of the order value

3. After Food Preparation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation is complete
  • Full payment will be charged in such cases

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within these timeframes:

  • Original payment source: 5-7 business days
  • Fodeto Wallet: Within 24 hours
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days

Special Circumstances

Fodeto reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in cases of:

  • Technical issues with the platform
  • Exceptional circumstances beyond customer control
  • Restaurant inability to fulfill the order
