At Fodeto, we are committed to providing the best food delivery experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only if the restaurant has not yet accepted it. Once the restaurant begins preparing your food, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

We process refunds for the following cases:

  • Order delivery taking longer than estimated delivery time
  • Order quality issues (temperature, packaging, spillage)
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Restaurant unable to fulfill the order

Refund Process

To ensure quick resolution:

  1. Report issues within 30 minutes of delivery through our app
  2. Select the specific items with issues
  3. Provide relevant details and photos if applicable
  4. Choose your preferred refund method

Processing Timeline

Refunds are typically processed as follows:

  • Original payment method: 5-7 business days
  • Fodeto wallet credits: Instant

Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The order has been partially or fully consumed
  • The complaint is raised after 30 minutes of delivery
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect
  • Cancellation is requested after order preparation has begun
